I signed my two boys aged 9 and 11 into a speed and agility session and I couldn’t have been happier that I did. Not only did my boys really enjoy themselves, but the coach was very professional as well as super encouraging. All the kids stayed engaged and the drills were explained and applied to their sports and I know my boys learnt a lot doing the training. I 100% will be booking them in again as HPSA really delivered. Highly recommend.
